As expected, we're seeing an increase in vendors proclaiming support for 'e-discovery'. Archive and legal technology vendors tend to be first ... and most archive vendors tend to describe 'e-discovery' as finding and triaging evidence in the archive. While this is part of the solution, this isn't anywhere near all there is to e-discovery. It's a start.
